Hi, I’m Lara, an experienced operations leader and Chief of Staff who helps founders, entrepreneurs and leadership teams scale with clarity, calm and confidence.

I’ve spent more than 15 years leading operations and strategic projects across multiple industries and countries, from property investment firms and private family offices, to start-ups and venture-backed businesses. Over that time, I’ve learned that growth can be both exciting and overwhelming. My role is to bring calm to the chaos that often comes with scaling, turning moving parts into clear processes and ambitious ideas into practical, sustainable systems.

I love this work because it’s personal. Sometimes a short-term project becomes a years-long partnership; other times, I build structures and processes that make myself redundant, which is exactly how it should be. I believe that when a business runs smoothly, its people can think clearly, lead confidently and grow without chaos.

I work with founders, entrepreneurs and leadership teams who want to scale sustainably, whether they’re growing quickly and need structure, or established operators seeking clarity and calm in the day-to-day.

Through LJC Global, I provide full-time, fractional or interim operational leadership and Chief of Staff support that creates alignment, efficiency and space for growth. My approach blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, helping businesses achieve operational excellence, without losing focus or pace.

I’m based in London and work with clients internationally. I typically work remotely but can provide on-site support where face time matters.
